Mandatory tag for vehicles over 3,5 tonnes

It is mandatory for vehicles over 3,5 tonnes, which are used for industrial purposes, to have active and valid AutoPASS-tag.

Privately owned caravans over 3,5 tonnes used only for private purposes do not need to have a toll tag, however those will be charged as small vehicles, if they have a valid AutoPASS account set up before entering Norway.
